This policy applies to Kairotique.
SSAMOK SOFT ("we", "us") explains how we handle information across our apps and this website. Because our apps differ, each app's page includes a data-processing summary specific to that app.
Data processing summary
- Stores data in the Google Firebase cloud.
- Signs you in with an account (email).
- Shows Google AdMob ads; an advertising identifier may be used.
- Offers in-app purchases via the App Store and Google Play.
- Signs you in with Google or Apple (collects email, display name, and nickname).
- Uses an FCM device token to deliver push notifications.
- Processes subscription and purchase information via RevenueCat.
- You can delete your account immediately via Settings → Delete account in the app; your records in shared rooms are anonymized.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the app, we collect: an email address (for apps with an account), an advertising identifier (for apps that show ads), and purchase records, receipts, and transaction identifiers (for apps with in-app purchases). Some apps store data only on your device and collect no personal information on a server. We do not collect payment card information.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to manage accounts and verify users, operate and provide our services, handle in-app purchases and purchase history, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and deliver advertising.
3. In-app purchases
Some apps offer in-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play. Payments are handled by each store; we do not collect or store payment card information. We may process purchase-related information such as receipts and transaction identifiers for purchase validation and support.
4. Third-party services
Depending on the app, we use: Google Firebase (authentication, database, usage analytics, crash analysis), Supabase (backend), Google AdMob (ad delivery and measurement), and the App Store and Google Play (in-app purchase processing). Apps that store data only on your device do not transmit it to a server. The services each app actually uses are listed in that app's data-processing summary.
5. Advertising
Some apps may show ads through Google AdMob. An advertising identifier and similar data may be used to deliver and measure ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain your personal information while your account remains active. An in-app deletion request starts processing; completion and retries follow the app's deletion guide. Unless a different period is specified there, deletion requests received by email (ssamoksoft@gmail.com) are processed within 30 days after identity verification, and we reply with the result. Information that must be kept under applicable law is retained for the required period. In some apps, report records are deleted automatically 90 days after receipt, and the identities concerned are removed earlier if the related account is deleted; copies in disaster-recovery backups expire with the backup retention cycle. App data stored only on your device is deleted when you delete the app.
7. Storage & security
Depending on the app, data is stored on the device or processed through cloud services such as Firebase or Supabase. We use HTTPS/TLS for cloud communications and restrict account access and administrative permissions. Stelleaf uses private photo storage and account-based data access controls, with secret administration keys held on the server. Each app's privacy policy describes its specific safeguards.
8. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information, and you can also use the privacy controls provided by the App Store and Google Play.
9. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this policy
We announce changes and their effective date on this page in advance and retain previous versions. Material changes to your rights, obligations or personal-data processing are also announced in the app before they apply. Where the law requires separate consent, we obtain that consent before applying the change; continued use alone does not replace it.
