스누모(Snuumo) 서비스 이용약관

종전 약관 ( https://www.ssamoksoft.com/privacy/snuumo/archive/terms-2026-08-12/ ) (2026-08-12 시행)은 2026-10-10까지 적용됩니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 싸목소프트(SSAMOK SOFT)("회사")가 제공하는 메모 애플리케이션 "스누모"와 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 회사의 상호·대표자·연락처 등 사업자 정보는 제14조에 표시합니다.

제2조 (정의)

"서비스": 스누모 앱과 그 동기화·백업·공유 기능 일체.
"계정": 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인(Google·Apple)으로 생성한 이용자 식별 단위.
"무료 플랜": 기본 제공 플랜. 모든 기능을 제한 없이 사용하되, 사진의 압축본 동기화가 사진 100장으로 제한됩니다.
"Pro": 유료 구독 플랜. 동기화 용량 제한이 해제되고 사진 원본이 클라우드에 자동 백업됩니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

회사는 이 약관을 서비스 웹사이트(snuumo.com)와 앱에서 확인할 수 있도록 게시합니다.
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 공지 후에도 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (계정)

서비스 이용에는 계정이 필요합니다. 이용자는 본인의 정확한 정보로 가입해야 하며, 계정을 타인과 공유하거나 양도할 수 없습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 [설정 → 계정 삭제]로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 서버에 저장된 이용자의 데이터는 지체 없이 삭제되며, 삭제 후에도 남는 최소한의 기록과 그 보유 기간은 제9조와 개인정보처리방침 ( https://www.ssamoksoft.com/privacy/snuumo/ ) 에 따릅니다.
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입·이용할 수 있습니다. 거주 국가·지역의 법령이 더 높은 최소 연령을 정한 경우(예: 일부 국가는 최대 16세) 그 연령 이상이어야 합니다.

제5조 (구독 상품과 결제·청약철회)

Pro 구독은 월간 및 연간 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 연간 구독의 7일 무료 체험은 스토어가 자격을 인정하는 신규 적격 구독자에게만 제공됩니다. App Store에서는 구독 그룹당 1회이며 이전 체험·구독 이력에 따라 이용할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 적용 가능한 체험과 가격은 구매 화면과 해당 스토어에서 확인할 수 있고, 가격은 국가별 통화로 표시됩니다.
결제·갱신·해지는 이용자의 앱스토어 계정(Apple App Store 등)을 통해 처리됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 해지는 기기의 스토어 구독 관리 화면에서 합니다.
환불은 해당 앱스토어 사업자의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다(Apple 미디어 서비스 약관 등). 회사는 스토어 결제 대금을 직접 수령·환불하지 않습니다.
무료 체험 중 해지하면 과금되지 않습니다. 체험 종료 시점에 자동으로 유료 전환됩니다.
회사가 구독 가격을 변경하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 앱 내 공지 등으로 알리며, 이용자는 변경 발효 전까지 해지할 수 있습니다. 가격 인상은 스토어가 정한 절차(사전 고지 또는 이용자 동의)에 따르고, 동의가 필요한 인상에 동의하지 않으면 현재 결제 기간 종료 시 구독이 만료됩니다.
청약철회·환불 신청 방법: 구독 대금은 스토어가 수령하므로, 청약철회 또는 환불은 결제한 스토어(Apple App Store, Google Play)에 그 스토어가 정한 절차로 신청합니다. 회사는 대금을 직접 수령·환불하지 않으나, 이용자가 스토어 절차를 진행하는 데 필요한 사항은 support@ssamoksoft.com 으로 문의하면 안내합니다. 관련 법령이 이용자에게 청약철회권을 보장하는 경우 그 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
미성년자의 결제: 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 민법에 따라 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소·환불은 6항과 같이 결제한 스토어의 절차로 신청하며, 회사는 support@ssamoksoft.com 으로 문의를 받아 확인과 안내를 지원합니다. 미성년자는 결제 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다.

제6조 (해지 후 데이터 처리 — "동결" 원칙)

Pro 구독이 만료되어도 이용자의 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다:
기기에 저장된 메모·사진은 구독과 무관하게 그대로 유지됩니다.
이미 동기화된 압축본은 100장을 초과하더라도 서버에 보존되며, 새 사진의 동기화만 무료 플랜 기준으로 제한됩니다.
사진 원본 백업은 구독 만료일로부터 90일간 보관·열람 가능하며, 그 후 서버에서 삭제됩니다. 유예 기간 내 재구독하면 그대로 복원됩니다. 회사는 만료 전 앱 내 안내로 삭제 예정일을 고지합니다.

제7조 (공정 사용)

Pro의 "무제한 원본 백업"은 통상적인 개인 메모 용도를 전제로 합니다. 다음 행위가 확인되면 회사는 사전 안내 후 동기화 속도 제한 또는 백업 기능 제한을 할 수 있습니다:
메모와 무관한 대량 파일 보관(클라우드 드라이브 대용 등)
자동화 도구를 이용한 대량 업로드
계정 공유·재판매 등 서비스의 정상 범위를 벗어난 이용

제8조 (이용자의 콘텐츠와 지식재산권)

이용자가 작성·첨부한 메모, 사진 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 동기화·백업·공유 등 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서만 콘텐츠를 저장·전송합니다.
서비스 자체(앱, 상표, 디자인)에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 콘텐츠를 서비스에 저장·공유해서는 안 됩니다.
공유 링크로 공개된 콘텐츠가 권리 침해나 법령 위반에 해당한다고 판단되는 경우 누구든지 support@ssamoksoft.com 으로 신고할 수 있으며, 회사는 확인 후 해당 공유 링크 차단(스냅샷 삭제) 등 필요한 조치를 합니다.

제9조 (데이터의 보관·삭제)

휴지통으로 이동한 메모는 30일 후 영구 삭제됩니다(즉시 완전 삭제 가능).
공유 링크로 생성된 스냅샷은 생성일로부터 30일 후 만료·삭제됩니다.
계정 삭제 시 서버의 모든 이용자 데이터(메모·사진·프로필·공유 스냅샷)는 지체 없이 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 데이터 양이 많은 경우 서버의 정리 작업이 이어서 진행됩니다.
계정 삭제를 실행한 기기의 로컬 데이터는 별도의 선택 없이 함께 삭제됩니다. 같은 계정으로 로그인돼 있던 다른 기기의 로컬 데이터도 그 기기가 다음에 접속할 때 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
3·4항에도 불구하고, 다른 기기의 정리와 삭제 처리의 확인·재시도를 위한 최소한의 기록(계정 식별자·삭제 시각, 삭제 작업 기록)과 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 개인정보처리방침 ( https://www.ssamoksoft.com/privacy/snuumo/ ) 이 정한 기간 동안 남습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 [설정 → 내 데이터 내보내기]로 이 기기에 저장된 계정의 메모·노트·폴더 정보와 확보할 수 있는 첨부 사진을 JSON+이미지 ZIP으로 내려받을 수 있습니다. 다른 기기의 최신 내용이 아직 동기화되지 않았거나 사진을 가져올 수 없으면 일부 내용이 빠질 수 있습니다. 원본 사진은 원본 포함을 선택한 경우 확보할 수 있는 파일만 포함됩니다. 완료 안내와 ZIP 안의 snuumo_export.json에서 포함된 사진 수(included)와 누락 내역(omitted)을 확인해 주세요. 공유 링크의 별도 스냅샷은 내보내기에 포함되지 않습니다.

제10조 (위치기반서비스)

회사는 위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률에 따라 개인위치정보의 이용에 관한 사항을 아래와 같이 약관에 명시하며, 이용자가 앱에서 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만 개인위치정보를 이용합니다.
수집·이용 목적: 이용자가 메모를 작성한 장소를 자동으로 기록해, 그 메모를 장소 이름으로 검색하고 지도에서 함께 볼 수 있게 하는 데에만 이용합니다. 그 밖의 목적(광고·프로파일링 등)으로는 이용하지 않습니다.
수집 방법: 기기의 위치(GPS 등)와 이용자가 첨부한 사진의 촬영 위치(EXIF 좌표)를 이용합니다. 좌표는 기기 운영체제(Apple·Google)의 지오코딩 기능으로 지명으로 변환되어 해당 메모에 저장되며, 지도 표시에는 Google Maps SDK 가 사용됩니다. 서버에 저장되는 사진 파일에서는 위치 등 메타데이터가 제거됩니다.
보유·이용 기간: 개인위치정보는 그것이 기록된 메모가 삭제되거나 계정이 삭제될 때 함께 삭제됩니다. 회사는 메모와 분리된 별도의 위치 이동 이력을 축적·보관하지 않습니다.
제3자 제공: 회사는 개인위치정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 제공이 필요한 경우에는 제공받는 자와 제공 목적을 미리 알리고 동의를 받으며, 제공할 때마다 이용자에게 통보합니다.
이용자의 권리와 행사 방법 동의 철회: 앱의 [설정 → 메모 위치 기록]을 끄거나 기기 설정에서 위치 권한을 해제하면 수집이 즉시 중단됩니다. 철회 절차는 언제든 이용할 수 있습니다. 열람·정정·삭제: 메모에 기록된 장소는 앱에서 직접 확인·수정할 수 있고, 메모를 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개인위치정보의 이용·제공사실 확인자료의 열람·고지는 제14조의 연락처로 요구할 수 있으며, 회사는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응합니다. 위치정보와 관련한 분쟁은 방송통신위원회(kcc.go.kr) 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.
8세 이하의 아동 등의 보호: 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으므로, 8세 이하의 아동 등의 보호의무자를 위한 위치확인 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다.
서비스 이용 제한: 위치 권한을 허용하지 않거나 [메모 위치 기록]을 끈 경우 장소 자동 기록과 장소 기반 검색·지도 표시가 제한될 뿐, 메모 작성·동기화 등 그 밖의 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
사업자 정보와 위치정보 관리책임자: 상호·주소·연락처 등 사업자 정보는 제14조와 같으며, 위치정보 관리책임자는 강대훈(대표, support@ssamoksoft.com)입니다.

제11조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
회사가 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 공지하며, 이용자가 데이터를 내려받을 수 있는 수단을 제공합니다. 남은 구독 기간에 대해서는 스토어 정책에 따른 환불 절차를 안내합니다.

제12조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
서비스는 로컬 우선(local-first)으로 설계되어 이용자 기기에 원본 데이터가 보존되나, 이용자는 중요한 데이터에 대해 별도의 백업 수단을 함께 유지할 것을 권장합니다. Android 앱은 앱 데이터 전체를 Android의 자동 클라우드 백업과 기기 간 전송 대상에서 제외하도록 설정되어 있습니다. Snuumo 계정 동기화·Pro 사진 원본 보관·직접 내보내기는 별도 기능입니다. 기기를 지우거나 앱을 재설치하기 전에 동기화 상태를 확인하고, 아직 동기화하지 못한 내용은 [설정 → 내 데이터 내보내기]로 별도 보관하세요.
회사의 배상 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 이용자가 최근 12개월간 실제 지불한 구독 금액을 한도로 합니다. 단, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에는 적용되지 않습니다.

제13조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 소비자로서 상거소를 둔 국가에 이용자를 보호하는 강행규정이 있는 경우, 이 약관은 그 보호를 배제하지 않습니다.
서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제소하며, 소비자인 이용자는 자신의 상거소지 법원에도 제소할 수 있습니다.

Snuumo Terms of Service

Announced: 2026-09-11 · Effective: 2026-10-11

The previous Terms ( https://www.ssamoksoft.com/privacy/snuumo/archive/terms-2026-08-12/ ) (effective 2026-08-12) apply until 2026-10-10.

These Terms were originally drafted in Korean. This English text is a translation of the Korean original at https://www.ssamoksoft.com/privacy/snuumo/terms/?lang=ko, provided so that users and reviewers who do not read Korean can understand the same content. Where a mandatory rule of the user's country of habitual residence provides greater protection, that rule prevails (Article 13).

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the memo application "Snuumo" and its related services (the "Service") provided by SSAMOK SOFT (싸목소프트) (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and the user. Business information of the Company, such as its trade name, representative and contact details, is set out in Article 14.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service": the Snuumo app together with all of its sync, backup and sharing features.
"Account": the unit identifying a user, created with an email address or social login (Google · Apple).
"Free plan": the plan provided by default. All features may be used without restriction, except that syncing of compressed copies of photos is limited to 100 photos.
"Pro": the paid subscription plan. The sync volume limit is lifted and original photos are automatically backed up to the cloud.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the Service website (snuumo.com) and in the app so that they can be reviewed.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law. The Company gives notice of an amendment through an in-app notice or by email from 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, for changes unfavourable to users). If a user continues to use the Service after such notice, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Account)

An account is required to use the Service. Users must register with their own accurate information and may not share or transfer their account to another person.
Users may withdraw at any time through [Settings → Delete account] in the app. Upon withdrawal, the user's data stored on the server is deleted without delay; the minimal records that remain after deletion and their retention periods are governed by Article 9 and the Privacy Policy.
The Service may be joined and used only by persons aged 14 or older. Where the law of the user's country or region sets a higher minimum age (for example, up to 16 in some countries), the user must be at least that age.

Article 5 (Subscription Products, Payment and Withdrawal of Subscription)

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a monthly and an annual basis. The annual subscription's 7-day free trial is available only to eligible new subscribers as determined by the store. On the App Store it is limited to once per subscription group, and previous trials or subscriptions may make a user ineligible. Applicable trials and prices can be checked on the purchase screen and in the relevant store; prices are displayed in local currency.
Payment, renewal and cancellation are processed through the user's app store account (Apple App Store, etc.). A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is made on the store's subscription management screen on the device.
Refunds follow the refund policy and procedures of the relevant app store operator (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, etc.). The Company does not directly receive or refund store payments.
No charge is made if the subscription is cancelled during the free trial. At the end of the trial the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription.
Where the Company changes the subscription price, it gives notice at least 30 days in advance, for example by an in-app notice, and users may cancel before the change takes effect. Price increases follow the procedure set by the store (prior notice or user consent); if a user does not consent to an increase that requires consent, the subscription expires at the end of the current billing period.
How to request withdrawal of subscription or a refund: because subscription fees are received by the store, a withdrawal of subscription or a refund is requested from the store where the payment was made (Apple App Store, Google Play) in accordance with that store's procedure. The Company does not directly receive or refund such fees, but will provide guidance on what a user needs in order to follow the store's procedure if contacted at support@ssamoksoft.com. Where applicable law grants the user a right of withdrawal, that right is not restricted by these Terms.
Payments by minors: where a minor has made a payment without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel that payment under the Civil Act (민법). Cancellation and refund are requested through the procedure of the store where the payment was made, as in paragraph 6; the Company supports verification and guidance for enquiries received at support@ssamoksoft.com. Minors must obtain the consent of their legal representative before making a payment.

Article 6 (Treatment of Data after Cancellation — the "Freeze" Principle)

Even after a Pro subscription expires, the user's data is not deleted:
Memos and photos stored on the device are retained as they are, regardless of the subscription.
Compressed copies that have already been synced are preserved on the server even if they exceed 100 photos; only the syncing of new photos is limited to the free plan level.
Original photo backups are retained and remain viewable for 90 days from the subscription expiry date, after which they are deleted from the server. If the user re-subscribes within that grace period, they are restored as they were. The Company gives notice of the scheduled deletion date through an in-app notice before expiry.

Article 7 (Fair Use)

The "unlimited original backup" of Pro presupposes ordinary personal memo use. If any of the following is confirmed, the Company may, after prior notice, limit sync speed or restrict the backup feature:
Bulk storage of files unrelated to memos (such as use as a substitute for a cloud drive)
Bulk uploading using automated tools
Account sharing, resale, or other use outside the normal scope of the Service

Article 8 (User Content and Intellectual Property)

Rights in the content a user creates or attaches, such as memos and photos, belong to the user. The Company stores and transmits such content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, such as for sync, backup and sharing.
Rights in the Service itself (the app, trademarks and design) belong to the Company.
Users must not store or share content on the Service that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Where content made public through a share link is considered to infringe rights or violate the law, anyone may report it to support@ssamoksoft.com, and the Company will take the necessary measures after review, such as blocking the share link (deleting the snapshot).

Article 9 (Retention and Deletion of Data)

Memos moved to the trash are permanently deleted after 30 days (immediate permanent deletion is also possible).
Snapshots created by a share link expire and are deleted 30 days after they are created.
Upon account deletion, all user data on the server (memos, photos, profile and share snapshots) is deleted without delay and cannot be recovered. Where the volume of data is large, the server's clean-up work continues afterwards.
Local data on the device from which account deletion was carried out is deleted together with it, without a separate choice. Local data on other devices that were logged in to the same account is also deleted automatically the next time each such device connects.
Notwithstanding paragraphs 3 and 4, the minimal records needed to clean up other devices and to verify and retry the deletion (the account identifier and deletion time; deletion job records), and records the Company is required by law to preserve, remain for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
Users can export the account's memos, notes and folders stored on this device and available attached photos as JSON and images in a ZIP through [Settings → Export my data] in the app. Some content may be missing if recent changes from another device have not yet synced or photos cannot be retrieved. Original photos are included only when you select the option to include originals and the files can be retrieved. Check the completion notice and snuumo_export.json inside the ZIP for the included photo counts (included) and the omission details (omitted). Separate snapshots created for share links are not included in the export.

Article 10 (Location-Based Services)

In accordance with the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information (위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률; the "Location Information Act"), the Company specifies in these Terms the matters concerning the use of personal location information as set out below, and uses personal location information only where the user has granted the location permission in the app.
Purpose of collection and use: to automatically record the place where the user wrote a memo, and to use that record solely to let the user search for that memo by place name and view it on a map. It is not used for any other purpose (such as advertising or profiling).
Method of collection: the device's location (GPS, etc.) and the capture location of photos attached by the user (EXIF coordinates) are used. Coordinates are converted into place names by the geocoding function of the device operating system (Apple · Google) and stored with the relevant memo; the Google Maps SDK is used for map display. Metadata such as location is removed from photo files stored on the server.
Retention and use period: personal location information is deleted together with the memo in which it was recorded when that memo is deleted, or when the account is deleted. The Company does not accumulate or retain any separate movement history separated from memos.
Provision to third parties: the Company does not provide personal location information to third parties. Where provision is necessary, the Company informs the user in advance of the recipient and the purpose of provision and obtains consent, and notifies the user on each occasion of provision.
User rights and how to exercise them Withdrawal of consent: collection stops immediately if the user turns off [Settings → Record memo location] in the app or revokes the location permission in the device settings. This withdrawal procedure is available at any time. Access, correction and deletion: places recorded in a memo can be viewed and edited directly in the app, and are deleted together with the memo when it is deleted. Access to, and notification of, the data confirming the use and provision of personal location information may be requested at the contact address in Article 14, and the Company will comply unless there is a legitimate reason not to. Disputes concerning location information may be referred for mediation to the Korea Communications Commission (방송통신위원회, kcc.go.kr) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (개인정보분쟁조정위원회, kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972).
Protection of children aged 8 or under and similar persons: because the Service may be used only by persons aged 14 or older, the Company does not provide the location-verification service for guardians of children aged 8 or under and similar persons.
Restrictions on use of the Service: if the location permission is not granted, or [Record memo location] is turned off, only automatic place recording and place-based search and map display are restricted; other features such as writing and syncing memos remain fully available.
Business information and location information manager: business information such as the trade name, address and contact details is as set out in Article 14, and the location information manager is Daehoon Kang (강대훈) (Representative, support@ssamoksoft.com).

Article 11 (Change and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
If the Company terminates the Service, it gives notice at least 30 days in advance and provides a means for users to download their data. For any remaining subscription period, the Company provides guidance on the refund procedure under the store's policy.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures.
The Service is designed to be local-first, so the original data is preserved on the user's device; nevertheless, users are advised to also maintain a separate backup of important data. The Android app is configured to exclude all app data from Android automatic cloud backups and device-to-device transfers. Snuumo account sync, Pro original photo storage and manual export are separate features. Before erasing your device or reinstalling the app, check the sync status and keep a separate copy of anything not yet synced using [Settings → Export my data].
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for damages is limited to the subscription amount actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, where the country in which the user has their habitual residence as a consumer has mandatory provisions protecting the user, these Terms do not exclude that protection.
Disputes relating to use of the Service are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법); a user who is a consumer may also bring an action before the court of their place of habitual residence.
